We’re getting married in one of our favorite coastal cities, so we hope you’ll take some time to explore while you’re here.

Start with a walk along the Wilmington Riverwalk. It runs along the Cape Fear River and is lined with shops, restaurants, and beautiful views. It’s especially nice around sunset.

Grab a drink or dinner downtown. There are tons of great spots within walking distance of the river, whether you’re looking for seafood, Southern food, cocktails, or a laid back brewery.

If you have extra time, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach are both a short drive away and perfect for a morning walk or relaxing by the water.

Downtown Wilmington also has historic homes, local boutiques, and guided tours if you enjoy exploring a city on foot.
